Observation

It was observed outside that a packaging rope was accessible to children posing a hazard. At first, it was observed that the washer and dryer child proof locks were not engaged. Provider secured locks during the visit. It was observed that the baby gate installed in front the stairs was not kept closed making the stairs accessible to children.
